Wijha (WIJHA) is an Arabic platform for small businesses offering digital menus and related services. For privacy questions, use WhatsApp or the email on the Contact page.
What we collect from website visitors
We collect only anonymous usage data to improve the site and measure ads:
We do not store your IP address in our database, and the site does not ask for your name, phone or payment.
- Pages you visit, buttons you click, scroll depth and time on page.
- Approximate country, device type (mobile or desktop), traffic source and any campaign tag in the link.
- A random session ID kept in your browser for this visit only, not linked to your name.

Contacting us
When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, the conversation is governed by that platform’s policy. We keep what you send us only as needed to serve and reply to you.
Restaurant and customer data
Each restaurant’s menu, prices and photos belong to the restaurant. When a customer orders from a restaurant’s menu through Wijha (name, phone, address, order details), the restaurant is responsible for that data and we process it on its behalf solely to run the service.
Data is stored on Cloudflare’s cloud infrastructure. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by contacting us. If anonymous data cannot be linked to you, we will tell you so.
Children
Our site is aimed at business owners and does not target children.
Changes
We may update this policy when our tools or services change; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
